What are the documents required to start selling on Hecto Club?

Depending on your type of business, you may need to submit all or some of the following documents. 

  • Trade License
  • PAN Card
  • GSTIN Certificate
  • Cancelled Cheque
  • Authorised Signatory’s Signature (scanned copy)
  • Trademark Certificate (if available)
  • NOC on the Brand Owner’s Letterhead (if required)
  • Authorization Letter from the Brand (if you're a reseller)
How much time does it take to get onboarded on Hecto Club?

Once you’ve uploaded all the required documents and accepted the contract, our team will review everything within minutes. If all details are correct, your store can go live and start accepting orders within 24 hours of acceptance. If anything’s missing or incorrect, we’ll notify you and guide you through resubmission.
Do I have to pay onboarding fee during registration?

No, you don’t need to pay anything during registration. 
How much commission will I be charged by Hecto Club?

Commission covers services such as order placement, catalog hosting, marketing, logistics, tech support, and customer service. Rates vary based on city and seller type,  your specific rate will be visible when you review and accept the online ordering contract.
How will I get my payouts?

All stores on Hecto Club receive weekly payouts every Sunday night at 11:30 PM, covering transactions from the previous Sunday at 12:00 AM to that week’s Sunday at 11:30 PM. If you require daily payouts, please reach out to us through our support channels.
